Thank you for choosing Surfside Palmas Resorts for your vacation. Please read this cancellation policy thoroughly for it is imperative you understand and agree to its terms. Once deposit is received, our Cancellation Policy is in effect.
CANCELLATION / REFUNDS – Guest will have a seven (7) days grace period after confirmed reservation to cancel said event without cancellation fee. If Guest cancels more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Guest’s reservation deposit will be refunded minus cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a 10% of the total of the stay. If Guest cancels less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date the 10% cancellation fee will apply. Guest’s balance will be credited towards a future stay in the same property that must be redeemed within six (6) months of cancellation otherwise the full deposit is forfeited. No refunds will be made for early departures, for delayed arrival, for reducing the number of nights reserved, for reschedules due to inclement weather or for any other reason. A $75 fee is charged to Guest for returned checks. For a refund of the reservation deposit, Guest(s) must send written notice of cancellation via e-mail or via a mail delivery service to the below address at least thirty (30) days prior to Guest’s scheduled arrival date:
